Fees and Rebates

Fees for services at Integral Psychology Services are payable at the end of each consultation.

We accept  payments by EFTPOS, Visa card and Master card.

Cancellation policy:

A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the applicable session fee may be charged if less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given. This is to cover our costs for rental, administration and other expenses incurred.

Medicare Rebates:

Under the Better Access scheme, clients may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $126.50 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To obtain this, you will need to see your GP for an assessment, a written referral, and a Mental Health Treatment Plan. When you book to see your GP, make sure you request a long consultation.

Private Health Fund Rebates:

If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim for clinical psychology services, depending on health fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund for more information.

Note that you cannot claim both Medicare and private health fund rebates. Where eligible, you can only claim private health fund rebates for sessions not being claimed under Medicare.
